Ayurvedic Learning Journey

There are three main strands to The Ayurveda Academy Learning Journey, depending on what you want to do with your learning.

Looking after yourself, friends and family

Dip your toe in

You can dip your toe in with our Introduction to Ayurveda, a 3 month course covering the basics of Ayurveda.

Go further with Applying Ayurveda

For those have completed the Introduction to Ayurveda and want to learn further, you can sign up for our Applying Ayurveda Course (66 hours). This, together with Introduction to Ayurveda, gives you a solid basis in Ayurvedic understanding and application and a combined 99 hours of Ayurvedic learning. This runs every September with a mid-course month-long break in December, ending in March.

Integrating Ayurveda with your Yoga teaching or therapy

If you already have a 200+ hour Yoga qualification, you can learn Ayurveda with us and gain the Yoga-Ayurveda Therapist professional qualification. Comprising of 124 hours, this is a recognised qualification (category I) by the Ayurvedic Professionals Association, the leading Ayurvedic association in the UK. For this you will need to complete:

Becoming an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Advisor

You can do a professional 124 hour Ayurvedic Lifestyle Advisor qualification with us, as recognised by the Ayurvedic Professionals Association, the leading Ayurvedic association in the UK (category H). For this you will do:
